Litigation Legal Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and willing Legal Executive to join our Litigation/Dispute Resolution team and to contribute to the further growth of the team.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload of predominately straightforward personal injury and debt recovery cases as well as assist other members of the team with their cases.  The post will suit a part qualified or fully qualified Legal Executive.  Experience of managing litigation cases and advocacy is essential.  Salary and benefits offered are competitive & will depend upon experience and qualifications.

Trainee Solicitor

A trainee is required to gain experience in property, private client, family, litigation, commercial and employment law.  A training contract for the successful candidate will commence in September 2008.  There is a minimum requirement of a 2:1 degree and commendation at LPC.  Previous work experience and well developed PC skills desirable.
