We are flexible in the way that we provide our services and aim to work closely with our clients to enable us to achieve goals in a cost-effective and appropriate way. Bunkers will discuss your billing & payment options with you at the point of instruction.
Where possible Bunkers will attempt to quote you a range of likely fees at the outset of a job. We will let you know if unforeseen circumstances arise during a matter which are likely to change this figure.
Some work may be undertaken on a fixed fee basis.
Money Laundering Compliance
The firm is committed to protecting our clients, both existing and new, from fraudulent use of their names and addresses by criminals for money laundering purposes. Stricter regulations came into force on 15 December 2007, replacing the 2003 regulations. To prevent identity fraud we may ask you for proof of ID and your address before you instruct us. We will verify this information by means of an on-line report. The firm reserves the right to charge clients for credit searches.
