Maxwell Wright

Partner: Private Client

Max Wright joined Bunkers as a Partner in August 1993. He qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and worked at City firms including Payne Hicks Beach. Max is a Trusts and Estates Practitioner. He specialises in a range of private client matters embracing Inheritance Tax Planning, Trusts, Wills and Probate, Charities and Attorneyships.

Max has published several articles and provides presentations on wills and other topics to outside organisations.

Max is Head of the Private Client Team at Bunkers and is able to advise on community care law, mental capacity law and the role of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection.  He is also a member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
