Alex was admitted as a solicitor in September 2000, he is part of the commercial team specialising in the employment law.  Alex was appointed chairman of the national employment group of LawNet in 2009.

As a specialist employment law practitioner Alex acts for both employers and employees in contentious matters and non-contentious matters. His contentious work includes bringing Employment Tribunal proceedings on behalf of employee clients and defending such proceedings on behalf of employer clients, advising on injunctions for breaches of important contractual terms and general Court proceedings for Breach of Contract.

Alex’s non-contentious work includes the drafting of Terms and Conditions of Employment, Service Contracts, employee handbooks and general day-to-day advice on employment issues.
