Agneta Fitch is an Assistant Solicitor (admitted 2002) who joined Bunkers in February 1976.

Agneta specialises in a range of property transactions as part of the Property & Commercial team. Her areas of experience embrace transactions in both commercial and domestic fields and include the transferring of equity, particulary in connectin with divorce and separation, dealing with landlord and tenant matters, both commercial and residential, and the renewal of leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. She is also experienced in buying/selling business as going concerns including dental practices and assists the Commercial Team with various corporate transactions.

The Swedish Consulate is based at Bunkers office serving the needs of Swedish Nationals across Sussex. Agneta is the appointed Consul for Sweden and provides important advice and liaison services for the Swedish Government.
