Senior Partner: Property

Richard joined Bunkers as a partner in January 1999 having been admitted as a solicitor in June 1970. He trained in the city firm of Claremont Haynes & Co and moved to their Brighton Office in 1970. Richard became Senior Partner of Bunkers on 1 July 2006.

Richard has considerable experience in the property field dealing mainly with commercial property transactions and heads the Property Team at Bunkers.

In addition to the property work undertaken by Richard, he has had many years experience in running trade associations including until quite recently the Federation of Multiple DIT Retailers and currently is the Secretary of the United Kingdom Resilient Flooring Association which represents the views of the major manufacturers of resilient flooring in the UK.
