Michael is a specialist family law partner and is experienced in dealing with a huge cross section of family law matters with a particular emphasis on matrimonial finance claims.

He has wide advocacy experience in local county courts as well as the principal registry of the Family Division in London.

His practice includes divorce, separation, co-habitation disputes and Children Act work. Michael can also give specialist advice on the dissolution of Civil Partnerships. He can also assist in the preparation of pre-nuptial, co-habitation and separation deeds.

Michael is an accredited member of Resolution and a member of the Law Society Family Panel. He is also a trained Collaborative lawyer. Collaborative family law is a form of no-court divorce that is rapidly becoming the preferred option for those who wish to remain in control of the separation process and to resolve disputes respectfully.
